About Us

Our company is owned and operated by a former insurance adjuster with years of experience in both handling claims and as a field appraiser for one of largest auto insurance companies in the country. He partnered with a former body shop manager experienced in managing high-volume shops for two of the largest consolidators in the industry. Together they decided to use their combined knowledge of both sides of the industry to better serve the needs of customers.

Having a management team with this unique perspective allows our company to serve our customers in a way few other shops can. No other shop comes to mind with as much insider knowledge of the claims process. We are also familiar with most insurance company repair guidelines. This knowledge allows us to answer more questions, facilitates negotiations with insurance companies, and helps expedite the repair process overall. We educate our customers by explaining the process and keeping them informed along the way.
